The genetically modified polysialylated form of neural cell adhesion molecule-positive cells for potential treatment of X-linked adrenoleukodystrophy.
[x-linked adrenoleukodystrophy]
Cell
transplantation

myelin-producing
exogenous

extensively
explored

.
We
determined
whether

overexpresses
the

cells
from

rats
were
grown
for
five
days
on
uncoated
dishes
in
defined

with

supplementation
of
basic

PSA-NCAM

were
prepared
in
single
cells
and
transferred
to
polyornithine

for
five
days
to
determine
the
fate
of
the
cells
according
to
the

.
T

responsiveness
of
ABCD

was
analyzed
using
real-time

,
the

cells
were
determined
using

respectively
.
Results
demonstrated
that
T

induces
overexpression

the

,
and
can
enhance

These

.
