The genetically modified polysialylated form of neural cell adhesion molecule-positive cells for potential treatment of X-linked adrenoleukodystrophy.
[x-linked adrenoleukodystrophy]
Cell
transplantation

myelin-producing
exogenous

being
extensively
explored

.
We
determined
whether

overexpresses
the

in
the

grown
for
five
days
on
uncoated
dishes
in
defined

prepared
in
single

and
transferred
to
polyornithine

for
five
days
to
determine
the

of
the
cells
according
to
the

of
these

.
T

analyzed
using

,
the

cells
were
determined
using

respectively
.
Results
demonstrated
that
T

induces
overexpression
of
the
ABCD

,
and
can
enhance

These
