report
a
case
of

syndrome
in
a

year
-old
female
patient
together
with
oral
manifestations
.
The
importance
of
this
case
report
is
to
highlight
the
necessity
of
referring
the
young
patients
with
xerostomia
from
dental
to
medical
specialists
.
