describe
a
differential
effect
of

calcineurin
inhibitors
,
cyclosporine

CsA
)
and
tacrolimus
,
with
CsA
rapidly
improving
the
erythroderma
and
lymphocytosis
but
tacrolimus
having
little
effect
.
