rare
disease
presents
with
typical
multiple
papulous
skin
lesions
,
followed
by
a
systemic
involvement
of
the
digestive
,
nervous
,
and
visive
tracts
.
Peritonitis
and
cerebral
infarction
are
the

frequent
causes
of
death
.
