reported

this
article
,
we
report
a
case
of
a
successful
,
right
pneumonectomy
of
the
native
lung
,
3
years
after
a
left
single
lung
transplant
for
pulmonary
lymphangioleiomyomatosis
(
PLAM
)
.
The
patient
's
pulmonary
function
and
quality
of
life
improved
significantly
after
a
right
pneumonectomy
of
the
native
lung
.
