Nodular lymphoid hyperplasia (NLH) is a rare condition with unknown etiology frequently associated with common variable immunodeficiency (CVID) and selective immunoglobulin A deficiency. NLH is a common cause of gastrointestinal bleeding. The risk of malignancy has been well recognized in subjects with NLH.
