Expression and functional relevance of cannabinoid receptor 1 in Hodgkin lymphoma.
[hodgkin lymphoma, classical]
Cannabinoid

malignancies
.
An

We
examined
the
distribution
of
CB

in
primary
cases
of
HL
.
Using
lymphoma
derived
cell

,
the
role

was
investigated
.
A
predominant
expression
of
CB

found
in
Hodgkin-

Sternberg
cells
in
a
vast
majority
of
classical
HL
cases
.
The
HL
cell
lines

and
KM-H

showed
strong
CB

and
displayed
a
dose-dependent
decline
of
viability
under
CB

inhibition
with
AM

Further
,
application
of
AM
