literature

We
describe
a
21
-
year
-old
woman
presenting
with
left
thigh
pain
.
Imaging
of
the
thigh
muscles
showed
a
vascular
malformation
and
muscle
biopsy
demonstrated
focal
changes
diagnosed
initially
as
myositis
.
Ischaemia
is
thought
to
be
the
responsible
mechanism
.
