Familial

is
characterized
by
recurrent

arthritis
,
and
serositis
.
Congenital
Byler
Syndrome
(
Progressive
Familial

characterized
by
defective

Amyloid
A
deposition
occurs
in
many

,
but
amyloid

is
a
rare

that
leads
to

We
present
a
rare
case
of
24

due
to
Byler
Syndrome

determined
upon

When
goiter

detected
in
cases

amyloid
goiter
should
be
remembered
at

This
case
is
unique
since
two
autosomal

disorders
are
together
in
the
same
patient
and
important
as
it
emphasizes
the
