Nested-PCR and a new ELISA-based NovaLisa test kit for malaria diagnosis in an endemic area of Thailand.

and
ability
to
discriminate
Plasmodium
species

specificity
of
nested-
PCR
compared
with
the
microscopic
method
for
detection
of
Plasmodium
falciparum
,
Plasmodium
vivax
,
and

vivax
mixed
infection
were
