developed

antibody

diagnostic
utility
of

as
a
marker
of
tumours
of
adipose
differentiation

corresponding
to
the
amino
acid

of

immunohistochemically
determined
in
paraffin
sections
of
normal
adipose
tissue

soft
tissue
tumours

seen

non-adipose
benign
and
malignant
mesenchymal
and
non-mesenchymal
tumours

expressed
by
mature
and
immature
fat
cells
and
is
a
marker
of
tumours
of
adipose
differentiation

Immunophenotypic
aP
2
/
FABP
4
expression
is
useful
in
identifying
lipoblasts
,
and
immunohistochemistry
with
polyclonal

monoclonal
anti-a
P
2

FABP
4
antibodies
should

useful

distinguishing
liposarcoma
from
other
malignancies
