We
report
here
a
case
of
traumatic
TOS
caused
by
right

st
rib
and
clavicular
fracture
after
a
traffic
accident
.
The
patient
underwent
first
rib
resection
and
open
reduction
with
fixation
of
the
clavicle
through
axillary
and
supraclavicular
incisions
.
