and
are
normally
diagnosed
at
a
young
age
or
remain
asymptomatic
throughout
life

we
report
on
the
unusual
case
of
a
71
-
year
-old
female
patient
with
subacute
ischemia
of
the
left
arm
due
to
a
TOS
resulting
from
Srb
anomaly
,
a
very
rare
congenital
rib
anomaly
.
