with
a
high

rate
,
characterised
by
recurrent
episodes
of
generalized
edema
,
with
hemoconcentration
and
hypoproteinemia
,
associated
with
paraproteinemia
.
Pathophysiologically
,
this
syndrome
is
caused
by

.
We
report
a
new

of
this
unusual
condition
,
and
we
review
its
diagnostic
and
therapeutic
aspects
.
