Function of RasGRP3 in the formation and progression of human breast cancer.

mediate
the
activation
of
the
Ras
signaling
pathway
that
is
over

in
many
human

.
The
RasGRP

an
activator

exerts
oncogenic
effects
and
the
overexpression
of
the
protein

observed
in
numerous

.
Here
,
we
investigated
the
putative

potential
function
of
RasGRP

in
the
formation
and
progression
of
human

.
The
RasGRP

and
phosphoRasGRP

were
examined
in
human
