the

limb

trunk
and
the
most
common
causative
organism
is
Staphylococcus
aureus
.
We
present
a
case
of
an
immunocompetent
man
who
,
unusually
,
had
a
recurring
form
of
the
disease
in
subscapularis
and
teres
minor
.
The
causative
organism
was
also
highly
unusual
(
Fusobacterium
)
.
