review
is
a
practical
update
on
medical
therapy
,
indications
and
results
of
liver
transplantation
,
and
potential
future
therapies
,
for
the
main
liver
-based
metabolic
disorders
in
which
paediatric
liver
transplantation
may
be
considered
.
