production

present
study
demonstrates
the
association
of
XmnI-

γ

HBBP

rs
2071348
with
HbF
,
HbE
,
MCV
and
MCH
in
HbE
carriers
for
the
first
time
,
and
highlights
the
effect
of
elevated
HbF
production
on
HbE
levels
.
