Downregulation of IRF4 induces lytic reactivation of KSHV in primary effusion lymphoma cells.
[primary effusion lymphoma]
Primary

.
We
recently
showed
that
IRF
4
differentially
regulates
expression
of
cellular
interferon-stimulated

(

and
viral

Here
,
using

we
demonstrate
that
IRF

As

Taken

our
results
show
that
IRF

helps
maintain
the
balance
between

KSHV
