We
present
a
case
exhibiting
classic
features
of
this
autosomal-recessive
condition
and
review
the
current
understanding
of
its
pathophysiology
,
diagnosis
,
and
treatment
.
Additionally
,
a
review
of
pertinent
transgredient
PPKs
is
undertaken
,
with
key
and
distinguishing
features
of
each
syndrome
highlighted
.
