Pigmented choroidal nevus in a child with oculocutaneous albinism.

We
report
the
case
of
an
8

year
-old
white
girl
with
albinism
and
a
flat
pigmented
choroidal
lesion
in
the
left
eye
measuring
0
.
5
mm
in
diameter
.
There
was
no
subretinal
fluid
,
lipofuscin
,
or
drusen
.
The
patient
later
displayed
10
lightly-
pigmented
cutaneous
nevi
on
her
upper
chest
,
left
arm
,
and
right
leg
at
8
months
'
follow-up
.
The
choroidal
nevus
showed
minimal
change
over
2
years
.
