EB
)

Data
were
collected
throughout
the
continental
United
States
between
1986
and
2002
by
the
National
EB
Registry
.
The
study
design

cross-sectional

randomly

longitudinal

risk

death
during
infancy
and
childhood
was
greatest
in

EB
