The role of interleukin-17 in immune-mediated inflammatory myopathies and possible therapeutic implications.

The
idiopathic

myopathies
are
a
heterogeneous
group
of
autoimmune
muscle
disorders
with
distinct
clinical
and
pathological
features
and
underlying
immunopathogenic
mechanisms
