tests
showed
a
partial
IgA
deficiency
,
circulating
autoantibodies
(
ANAs
,
double
-
and
single
-stranded
anti-
DNAs
,
rheumatoid
factor
)
.
The
clinical
aspect
resembles
lipodystrophia
centrifugalis
abdominalis
infantilis
,
but
autoimmune
abnormalities
suggest
connective
tissue
panniculitis
which
underlines
the
overlap
between
the
different
forms
of
localized
lipoatrophias
.
