We
present
a
case
of
chronic
hydrocephalus
discovered
in
adulthood
through
an
episode
of
acute
decompensation
.
Multimodal
imaging
revealed
the
cause
of
this
hydrocephalus
to
be
a
membranous
septum
of
the
aqueduct
of
Sylvius
,
a
condition
for
which
few
reports
exist
.
