Female carriers of X-chromosomal adrenoleukodystrophy: a major differential diagnosis in progressive myelopathy.

due

mutations

the

male
patients

We
report
a
family
with
two
symptomatic
carriers
in
subsequent
generations
who
both
suffer
from
symptoms
of
an
AMN
.
