surface
expression
of
hCaR
transiently
expressed
in
human
embryonic
kidney

strongly
augmented
by
coexpression
of
Rab
1
and
attenuated
by
disruption
of
endogenous
Rab

by
expression

dominant-negative

role

Rab

hCaR
trafficking

reticulum

Golgi
that
regulates
receptor
cell
surface
expression

signaling
