finding
the
sites
of
involvement
in
the
skeleton
and
is
helpful
in
excluding
other
causes
of
bony
pain

pattern
consistent

ECD

alert

physician
to
evaluate
the
patient
for
visceral
sites
of
involvement
using
fludeoxyglucose
positron
emission
tomography
/
computed
tomography
(
FDG
PET
/
CT
)
,
as
this
is
known
to
be
fatal
at
times
.
