dwarfism

Advanced
osteoarthritis

bilateral
neglected
congenital
patellar
dislocation
was
treated
with
total
knee
arthroplasty
without
patella
relocation
surgery
.
Two
years
later
,
the
patient
had
an
improvement
in
Knee
Society
scores
,
painless
function
,
and
stability
.
