who
had
triple-vessel
coronary
disease
and
underwent
successful
coronary
bypass
surgery
using
one
saphenous
vein
graft
and
bilateral
internal
mammary
artery
grafts
.
The
anatomic
and
surgical
challenges
in
achondroplasia
are
highlighted
